Every piece in the shop is handmade to order with care and precision. Most items are completed within 2 to 4 days, though more intricate designs or larger orders may take additional time. Please allow for this when placing your order.

We provide a one-year warranty for single minor repair on all items. If repair is needed, buyers are responsible for covering the cost of shipping the item back to us. Domestic buyers will receive their repaired item shipped back at no additional cost, while international buyers must cover return shipping.

All items are shipped with tracking to ensure they reach you safely. While we take every precaution to package your order securely, we are not responsible for any packages that are lost, damaged, or stolen during transit.
